Dru Yoga Therapy Framework

This unique framework is central to the Dru Yoga Therapy approach. It weaves together six interconnected dimensions of the human system: Koshas, Chakras, Pranavayus, Doshas, Gunas and Kleshas.

Rather than viewing these aspects in isolation, we teach you how to assess each one — and more importantly, how they influence each other. You’ll learn to recognise patterns, uncover root imbalances, and design therapeutic interventions that support real, lasting transformation.

It’s both a diagnostic tool and a map for healing — guiding you and your clients through the complexity of body, mind, and energy with clarity and compassion.

As a Dru Yoga Therapist you'll be able to collaborate with health professionals and social prescribers in GP clinics, NHS-aligned programmes, private practice or group settings.
