Dru Ayurveda Health Coach Diploma Course 2026

Ayurveda teaches that true health is not just about food or lifestyle, but about living in alignment with one’s authentic self. Become an Ayurvedic health coach and learn to coach and guide clients toward their highest potential in health and wellbeing.

Become a Dru Ayurveda Health Coach

This is far more than a practitioner training—it’s a transformational journey into health, purpose, and personal empowerment. You will learn to coach individuals toward their highest potential in health and wellbeing, guiding them to make choices aligned with their unique constitution, mindset, and life passions.

Ayurveda teaches that true health is not just about food or lifestyle, but about living in alignment with one’s authentic self.

Physical or mental ‘dis-ease’ often arises when a person is disconnected from their life purpose, goals, or inner joy. As an Ayurvedia health coach, you’ll support clients in restoring this deep balance.

Event Summary

Awaken vitality. Empower transformation. Live Ayurveda.
Ayurveda is the science of living in harmony with nature to achieve vibrant health and longevity. It recognises that true wellbeing arises from a balance of body, mind, emotions, and spirit—and from living in alignment with one’s purpose.

Our diploma course is grounded in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and combined with the practical skills of coaching. You’ll gain confidence in core clinical tools, including:

  • Observation;
  • Questioning;
  • Tongue and pulse diagnosis;
  • Designing personalised treatment plans.

You’ll also develop real-world skills in Ayurvedic nutrition—learning not just which foods, herbs and spices benefit specific constitutions, but also how to create meal plans and recipes that your clients can follow with ease.

Upon completion, you’ll be able to offer Ayurvedic consultations tailored to individual needs, including advice on diet, lifestyle, yoga, meditation, herbs and Ayurvedic therapies.

This Diploma Course is only open exclusively to graduates of the following courses:
  • Dru Ayurveda Foundation Course – online (2023 and before)
