Spring is a time of rebirth and awakening, both in nature and within ourselves. As the light returns, Ayurveda invites you to harmonise with the new season through deeper spiritual practice and alignment with the elements.

In this session, we’ll explore:

  • How Ayurveda and Yoga come together to deepen self-awareness and spiritual growth;
  • The power of mantra and meditation to balance your dosha and calm the mind;
  • Ways to reconnect with nature’s rhythms—the elements of earth, water, fire, air, and ether—as sources of healing and inspiration;
  • Practical tips for cleansing, lightening the diet, and cultivating fresh energy for the months ahead.
