Living Light — A Group Mentoring on Breath, Mudra & Meditation for Winter

This group mentoring provides practical, powerful tools to support wellbeing, boost energy, reduce inflammation and strengthen your nervous system through ventral vagal toning, building inner steadiness and emotional resilience.

Do you feel your energy dip or mood shift as the days get shorter?

Would you like some easy, grounding and uplifting practices you can use at home to combat this?

Are you looking for a nourishing way to support your nervous system and tap into inner light?

🟠

As winter settles and the light fades, your body, mind and energy naturally shift

You might feel a deeper pull inward, a longing for warmth, clarity and steadiness in the darker months.

This group mentoring is designed to meet that natural seasonal change — offering powerful breath practices, mudras, and light meditation to rekindle your inner radiance.

🟠

Why winter affects you

Many people experience three key challenges as we approach midwinter:

  • Lower energy and mitochondrial slowdown. With less natural light, your mitochondria receive fewer signals that maintain healthy energy production. This can create fatigue or “winter heaviness.”
  • Circadian disruption affecting sleep, mood and focus. Reduced daylight weakens the signal to your body’s master clock. This can make concentration harder and create low motivation.
  • Nervous system sensitivity or emotional fragility. Your autonomic nervous system becomes more reactive in the darker, colder season.

🟠

This group mentoring gives you practical, powerful tools to support wellbeing through the deepest part of winter.

You’ll learn to boost energy, reduce inflammation and strengthen your nervous system through vagal toning exercises, creating steadiness and resilience.

  • Learn a specific attunement practice to gently awaken your spinal channel (sun channel for warmth) and settle your nervous system.
  • Discover a pranayama sequence for winter and mobilise your energy through breath awareness.
  • Practice Mudra to support pranic flow during the darker, heavier months.
  • Learn the Meditation on Light, with a layered, kosha-based approach for inner luminosity.

What we’ll explore

  • Mitochondria and Mood: The winter–nervous system connection;
  • Potent breath practices: Stabilise, enliven and balance your system and bring clarity ease to your system;
  • Mudra: Activate vitality, focus and heart coherence;
  • Light Meditation: An ancient, transformative meditation on light to restore clarity and calm, backed by science.

🟠

Practices will be adapted for seated positions. Modified practices can be given for any stated health conditions.
