    Yoga: The Panch Bhuta Namaskar

  2. Thursday 23 October
    Practical Ayurveda: Quick Rituals to Reconnect and Rebalance

    Discover the Ayurvedic rituals of action, mantra and awareness that tune you to the healing frequencies of earth, water, fire, air and space. Learn how your body and mind can be healed by nature’s inherent forces of regeneration—and how this can help you add to the healing forces of the world in return.
  3. Friday 24 October
    Meditation: The Shanti Mudra and Spinal Breathing Kriyas for World Peace

    Learn powerful breath and mudra practices that dissolve inner conflict and radiate peace outward. These ancient techniques synchronise your body, mind and energy field with the planet—creating harmony within and without.
