This immersive course focuses on the Five Pathways of Dru Ayurveda—the essential pillars for vibrant health and inner balance:
- Nutrition and Food – Deepen your understanding of Ayurvedic nutrition by exploring how to eat for your constitution and the seasons, and how food can be used as daily medicine;
- Herbs and Spices – Discover the healing properties of common herbs and spices, and learn how to integrate them safely and effectively into your meals and routines;
- Yoga, Meditation and Mantra – Experience how yoga postures, breathing, meditation and sacred sound can balance your doshas, calm the mind and support emotional wellbeing;
